We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join their team at a well-known branded hotel in Cork.
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with department heads to drive operational excellence, manage performance, and implement brand standards while maintaining a strong focus on quality and guest experience.

Key Duties:
* Manage and coordinate all hotel departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping.
* Support the General Manager in the strategic and operational leadership of the property.
* Ensure all staff deliver exceptional guest service in line with brand standards.
* Oversee employee training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Drive cost control and revenue maximisation across departments.
* Maintain high levels of compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Act as Duty Manager and handle guest issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a senior hotel management role, ideally within a branded or 4-star hotel environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A hands-on management style with a focus on staff development and guest satisfaction.
* A strong understanding of hotel operations and industry best practices.
* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
* Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
* Visa or relocation packages are not provided.
Salary & Benefits:
