Job Description
Fantastic hybrid opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a leading Insurance company based in South Dublin.
You will be joining the HR & Payroll team reporting directly to the HR & Payroll Manager and be responsible for processing in house monthly payrolls.
1. 12 Month Contact initially
2. Salary: €40,000 - €45,000
3. Flexible hybrid model - 2 days in office per week

Responsibilities
5. Processing end to end payroll in a high-volume environment
6. Efficiently managing up to 7 payrolls and being to point of contact for any queries
7. Performing tax calculations
8. Managing BIK processes and addressing any issues that arise
9. Issuing payslips to employees
10. Sending payroll information to business leaders upon request
11. Assisting the HR team when required
12. Working as part of the payroll team and provide advice to employees/management
Key Skills/Qualification
13. At least 2-3 years payroll experience
14. In-house payroll experience is an advantage
15. IPASS qualified
16. Experience working end to end payrolls
