Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team of highly skilled technical recruitment professionals.
The successful candidate will be results-oriented, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
* Support and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Apply a good understanding of tools (e.g. LinkedIn, ATS, etc.) and talent acquisition strategies to build a network of qualified candidates for multiple clients.
* Research business group(s) and industry competitors to be aware of market conditions and be able to identify and source potential passive candidates.
* Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Conduct interviews with technical candidates, qualifying them against our open positions and endorse suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* 1-2 years talent acquisition/recruitment experience or the equivalent in a sales position.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to forge successful working relationships with key stakeholders.
