Software Engineering Manager - Key Responsibilities:
1. Hands-on Technical Leadership of the software development team.
2. Day-to-day guidance of the team to ensure development is on track.
3. Recruitment of top talent to build out your Engineering team.
4. Collaborate with other Engineering Leads to meet business goals while delivering high-quality service to your customers.
5. Actively lead in the career development of your team via appraisals, 1-2-1's, and mentoring.
Software Engineering Manager - Required Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience leading multi-discipline software engineering teams in the development, implementation, and delivery of software products/platforms.
2. Expertise in software development principles and processes including debugging, design, and implementation.
3. Experience in Project Management using tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
4. Proven track record in recruiting top talent to build out your engineering team.
5. Ability to cultivate a creative and collaborative culture.
