A leading Irish-owned Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join their team in South Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance and be APA qualified. This role focuses on retaining customers, managing insurance policies, and delivering excellent service to all personal lines customers.
Responsibilities:
* Proficient in all areas of personal lines, including renewals, processing mid-term adjustments, and handling post-sale customer inquiries.
* Establishing strong rapport with customers.
* Focusing on business retention and consistently meeting renewal targets.
* Maintaining up-to-date data on applied relay systems.
* Addressing all customer requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Delivering exceptional customer service.
* Executing administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* APA Insurance qualification minimum.
* 2+ years experience working in personal lines insurance.
* Demonstrate high motivation and maintain a positive outlook, contributing to a dynamic and uplifting work environment.
