Job Title: SAP Order Management Specialist
Location: Dublin
Duration: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
A leading health care supplier based in South Dublin is expanding their team and requires a motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic individual to join the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the service fulfilment process to ensure deliveries are made on time.
2. Proactively follow up and provide customers with feedback and updates on orders, delays, and backorders. Deal with queries.
3. Ensure all returns, debits, and credits are processed efficiently and provide the customer with a resolution.
4. Efficiently process customer orders received.
5. Process consignment stock for the Hospital Channel.
6. Actively monitor and process quotation requests received from Salesforce and emails from the customers, then process the SAP Quotations.
7. Be the voice of the brand and foster strong relationships between the business departments and our customers.
8. Adopt a customer-centric approach to resolve customers' queries and answer customers' questions using the business and product knowledge provided.
Daily Activities:
1. Order processing/management – Automated and Manual.
2. Service fulfilment – responding to customer queries.
3. Processing returns, debits, and credits in a timely manner and in line with the relevant SOPs.
4. Complete the consignment process for Aesculap and Hospital Care.
5. SAP Quotations:
6. Monitor Salesforce and emails for quotation requests.
7. If price not provided by the sales team, use the TenderScape for reference of tender or contract pricing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. SAP experience is essential to the role.
2. The ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and team working skills.
4. The capacity to remain calm and polite under pressure, especially when dealing with customer queries.
5. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce.com) systems and practices.
6. Willingness to travel for business in Ireland where required.
