Job Title: Requirements Engineer
Description:
The Requirements Engineer will be responsible for performing requirements engineering activities throughout the complete product development cycle in the area of CMOS image sensors.
This includes working with product management and engineering teams to develop requirements specifications, understanding and clarifying functional and non-functional requirements of products, and tracing requirements through design, verification, validation, and test activities.
The Requirements Engineer will also identify collaterals needed to support product development, marketing, and sales, define and document collateral specifications, and administer and support engineering tools such as requirements management tools, repositories, trackers, and code review tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain requirements specifications
* Understand and clarify functional and non-functional requirements of products
* Trace requirements through design, verification, validation, and test activities
* Identify collaterals needed to support product development, marketing, and sales
* Define and document collateral specifications
* Administer and support engineering tools
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the semiconductor industry
* Experience in project management (e.g. project manager, product owner, or Scrum master)
* Practical experience and applied knowledge in requirements engineering, preferably for automotive products
* Understanding of technical aspects in semiconductor business across development disciplines
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Good team player with ability to work concurrently in multiple teams

* Able to translate use cases into technical concepts and requirements
* Enthusiasm to write, review, and maintain documentation
