Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the leadership of our dynamic home healthcare company.
The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and facilitate communication between the executive team and key stakeholders.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive management team to support execution of strategic goals.
* Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
* Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, maintaining records, and follow-up on action items.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as assigned.
* Assist in the preparation of operational meetings, board meetings, company events, and conferences.
* Manage communication and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
* Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Oversee administrative functions to support the executive team as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/Senior Administrator in a fast paced, scaling business environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Experience handling confidential information and maintaining discretion.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
