The sales and marketing teams at Hitachi Energy take customer feedback into account when shaping management, product, and solution strategies. As a support, you will aid in the growth of Hitachi Energy's business, becoming a pivotal point of contact for customers, spearheading efforts to enhance communication with customers, and striving to strengthen the bonds between customers and account managers, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:
1. Ability to identify the key business drivers of the customer's business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for Hitachi Energy.Participates and leads in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer's current business and long-term plans.
2. Leads the development and implementation of the account plan to include designing the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, prioritizing the opportunities, identifying a target for each business unit/product group, revenue, and growth for the account.
3. Owns the relationship with EPC's and a good understanding of market channels, establishes and develops account relationships based on a defined strategy.
4. Customer knowledge develops, maintains and shares detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behaviour, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, competition, global opportunities and presence.
5. Develop a clear and concise pipeline of opportunities and forecast management.
6. Achieves service sales volume by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio.
7. Participates in negotiations of major contracts to secure sales volume.

9. Demonstrable experience of managing large customer relationships.
10. Extensive track record of developing accounts to increase lifetime value within our industry.
11. Proven record of driving business development strategies to achieve business growth.
12. Extensive experience in leading and/or delivering complex solution-based opportunities.
13. Proven customer and stakeholder management skills, well-developed problem-solving and analytical abilities.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter and a people-person.
