The successful candidate will lead all recruitment activity for the Irish office across a variety of departments such as IT, Finance, Analytics, Support and our Customer facing roles. The role involves managing recruitment campaigns to meet business resourcing requirements while providing a great candidate experience through a best-in-class process and regular communications.The role will suit a recruitment professional looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, commercial environment, and it will be a hybrid role – Dublin-based office combined with home working.What will you be doing?Managing and owning the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing strategy through to hiring talent and supporting with onboarding.Work closely with senior business stakeholders to determine current and future business resourcing requirements.Proactively attracting high calibre candidates using agency recruitment and direct methods/tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, social media posts, referrals, etc.Use an Applicant Tracking System to ensure candidate information is updated regularly and kept in line with GDPR regulations, developing detailed talent pools for future vacancies.Managing all business relationships with third-party recruitment agencies.Supporting hiring managers with job specs and ensuring a consistent theme across the firm.Screen candidates to produce shortlists and make recommendations to hiring managers.Scheduling interviews for hiring managers and completing feedback calls with candidates post-interviews.Advise and support both candidates and hiring managers through the interview process.Manage offers, negotiations, and rejections with candidates in a candidate-centric manner.Drive best recruitment practices within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools, and tactics as required.Project manage initiatives through to delivery.Liaise with Central HR to onboard colleagues.Qualifications:Previous experience in leading and delivering specialist 360 recruitment processes is essential.Experience of recruiting across a variety of roles and sectors.Previous experience managing high volume recruitment, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.Proven track record of stakeholder management and engagement.Ability to take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle from advertising to offer stage.Experience of using various direct sourcing approaches.Advertising vacancies through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Information:D&I statement
