Job Title: Branch Manager

A leading General Insurance Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their team based in Tipperary. This role is primarily based onsite and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Sales Office operation, meeting performance and sales targets set by the company.

Your Role:
* Lead and manage the performance of all Sales Executives, providing coaching, development, and support.
* Allocate targets and business segments in alignment with company objectives, ensuring staff have opportunities to excel and exceed business targets.
* Develop and maintain local relationships with key customer groups and associations.
* Act as a key contributor to regional objectives, including sales targets and loss ratios, supporting the Regional Manager.
* Target customers in commercial and agricultural business sectors, developing prospecting strategies to increase market share and build on success.
* Develop customer relationships and sales opportunities, continually striving to improve conversion rates and business quality.
* Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, call activity, conversion rates, follow-up renewals, and referrals.
* Promote and drive a customer-centric culture, protecting customers' best interests and conducting interactions in a fair, compliant, and professional manner.
Requirements:
* CIP qualification minimum.
* Full clean driving license.
* Demonstrated success in sales and relationship management within the Insurance Industry.
* Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, call activities, conversion rates, follow-up renewals, and referrals.
* Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness.
