A leading indigenous Retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a full-time permanent role in a busy retail store on the outskirts of Letterkenny in Co. Donegal.

About the Role
1. Provide exceptional customer care at store level, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
2. Utilize commercial acumen to drive sales, increase footfall, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within the store.
3. Inspire, lead, and motivate staff through support and further development, fostering a productive work environment.
4. Recruit, develop, and retain a talented team, promoting employee growth and satisfaction.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Health and Safety Regulations, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
6. Maintain store standards and have a strong merchandise focus, driving sales and maximizing store profitability.
7. Contribute to achieving store-specific budgets by effectively managing resources and optimizing sales opportunities.
8. Manage cash handling responsibilities, maintaining accuracy and security.
9. Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
10. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
