RRL Procurement Analyst
re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that extends the life of used electronic equipment through reuse, repair, and recycling. We specialize in handling valuable electronic equipment originally used in data centers.
The RRL Procurement Analyst will support all procurement related responsibilities for the re:Cycle Reverse Logistics program, assisting in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure alignment across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, components, and supplies for manufacturing operations.
* Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to identify procurement needs.
* Analyze supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships for quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
* Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
* Maintain accurate records and databases for procurement activities, including tracking order status and supplier information.
* Prepare reports and presentations on procurement metrics and performance for management review.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and efficiencies.
