IT Support Specialist
Provide technical assistance and support to clients, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, setting up computer systems, and offering training to end-users. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to the success of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer first-line technical support via phone or in-person, resolving issues promptly.
* Set up and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networking equipment.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
* Document support activities, including resolutions and user guides.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent are beneficial.
