Ravenport Resort are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to join our team.
As the Duty Manager, you will be an integral part of ensuring that our guests have a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay while overseeing the daily operations of the hotel.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hotel or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
A guest focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are desirable or equivalent in work experience.
Ability to commute to Hotel outside of public transport hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest service.
Ability to work with and supervise hotel staff during shifts, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all departments.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest requirements are met.
Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ability to see what department requires you, the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Spa/Leisure, Kitchen departments as required Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
