Job Title: Graduate Client Services Coordinator
Salary: Negotiable pending experience + free parking, pension, Life assurance, discounted healthcare and attractive bonus.
Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
(fully onsite for training then hybrid model after 6 months' probation)
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours with flexibility after probation.

The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all account holders and clients by managing quotations and contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be managing the quotes, contracts and renewals for key accounts in the business.
* Coordinate vehicle fit-out requirements with third party suppliers
* Responsibly for anticipating and exceeding customers expectations.
* Evaluate services and products offered by the client and amend contracts and renewals pending customers needs.
* Be proactive and comfortable solving problems for clients in an effective and efficient manner.
* Excellent training will be provided by both your line manager and your team of colleagues that are long established in the role and company.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documents.
* Familiarity with financial aspects and preparation of quotes and calculations.
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a busy work environment.
* Update database with client and customer information.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, administration, financial administration, call centre or renewals/quotations.
* Strong numeric/mathematic ability and excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
