Job Title: Graduate Client Services Coordinator
Salary: Negotiable pending experience + free parking, pension, Life assurance, discounted healthcare and attractive bonus.
Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
(fully onsite for training then hybrid model after 6 months’ probation)
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours with flexibility after probation.

One of our global service clients is currently seeking a client services coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a co-ordinator with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all account holders and clients by managing quotations and contract renewals. You will join a well-established team of 4 people in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. You will be managing the quotes, contracts and renewals for key accounts in the business.
2. Coordinate vehicle fit-out requirements with third party suppliers
3. Responsibly for anticipating and exceeding customers expectations.
4. Ensure that you understand all services and products offered by the client and be able to amend contracts and renewals pending customers needs.
5. Ensure that you are proactive and comfortable solving problems for clients in an effective and efficient manner.
6. Excellent training will be provided by both your line manager and your team of colleagues that are long established in the role and company.
7. Excellent attention to detail ensuring that all documents are proofread and accurate.
8. Financial acumen and comfortable preparing quotes and calculating quotes.
9. Comfortable working to tight deadlines and multitasking in a busy work environment.
10. Updating data base with client and customer information.
11. Adhoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
12. Experience in customer service, administration, financial administration, call centre or renewals/quotations.
13. Strong numeric/mathematic ability and excellent attention to detail
14. Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
15. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
16. Strong MS Office experience.
