We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join a prestigious law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle reception duties, including answering calls and managing client communicationProvide diary management and arrange client appointmentsOffer administrative support to solicitors across a range of legal mattersPerform photocopying, filing, and scanning of incoming documents and correspondenceAssist with managing high-volume property files, ensuring they are well-organised and up to dateUtilise the Keyhouse case management system for effective case tracking and workflow managementCoordinate daily postal and DX correspondence, ensuring all documents are processed in a timely mannerManage financial account ledgers and balances, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant
Skills & Experience:
Minimum one year experience in a similar legal secretary role is essentialExperience handling property, family and probate files.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteOn site 5 days a weekFamiliarity with the Keyhouse case management system is an advantageAbility to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectivelyWhat they offer: Collaborative work environment
