Our client, a leading global healthcare company based in Longford, is seeking to hire a Warehouse Specialist on an initial six-month contract.
The Warehouse Specialist will support plant operations to ensure that customer service goals regarding warehousing, manufacturing and shipping are achieved in line with site procedures.
Responsibilities (Full job description available on request): Maintain ETMS TO DO LIST.Perform all duties assigned by Warehouse Manager across 3 functions – Receiving, Staging and Shipping.Receive and Check inventory and non-inventory materials.Pick stage and return materials as per pick list and relevant documentation to meet manufacturing requirements.Conduct shipping activities as per procedures.Comply with all labelling requirements.Perform BPCS / MES transactions in a timely manner.Ensure Data Integrity on both Systems.Conduct cycle counting.Investigate and resolve material variances.Operate all material handling equipment e.g.
Fork Truck, Narrow Aisle Truck.Adhere to all GMP requirements.Ideal background: Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required, as this foundation will provide a high level of documentation, attention to detail and disciplined approach to work.Experience in a Diagnostic / Health Care Manufacturing and / or Warehouse Environment is preferred but not essential.Previous experience would provide the foundation for the disciplines required for working as a Warehouse Specialist.Ensure adherence to all Plant Procedures while focusing on operational efficiency and effectiveness.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Sarah Flynn
