Job Title: Corporate Relationship Manager
This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, initially fully onsite for training and then transitioning to a hybrid model.
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for our client, an award-winning international services company.
The Role:
You will be responsible for executing and delivering on the commercial plan and targets in respect of the retention, growth, and profitability of the company.
This is an existing role requiring a driven and passionate individual focused on retaining, growing, and selling to existing customers.
You will work as part of a team of 5 people, collaborating closely with departments across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep understanding of the corporate client base within your portfolio.
* Build and manage a short, medium, and long-term pipeline.
* Follow lead generation and appointment setting.
* Check creditworthiness and complete credit proposals.
* Adhere to agreed sales procedures.
* Maintain CRM systems.
* Work effectively with other functions within the business to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
* Attend client and onsite meetings.
* Manage quotes and proposals for clients, tailoring them to their needs.
* Occasionally attend corporate events and social outings throughout the year.
* Demonstrate strong relationship skills, understanding client needs, and being familiar with products and services to offer solutions and upsell accordingly.
* Resolve customer queries quickly.
* Report internally and externally.
The Person:
* Exhibit excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
* Possess 3+ years of senior corporate account management experience.
* Show proven ability to deliver to deadlines and monthly targets.
* Display passion for lead generation and networking.
* Excel in communication and presentation skills.
* Have an understanding of formal procurement/tendering processes.
* Demonstrate strong IT proficiency and Microsoft office package skills.
