We have a full-time position available for candidates who have a genuine interest in the early years sector. Candidates must have minimum Level 5 in Early Years Care and Education.
They must be motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our dedicated team of Early Years Educators.
Experience is preferable but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high standards of quality within the setting including the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children.
2. Be a key person for a group of children, taking responsibility for all aspects of children’s safety, emotional well-being, and learning and development.
3. Complete curriculum planning and maintain accurate and effective children’s records for the key group.
4. Promote and facilitate partnerships with parents/carers and other family members.
5. Support the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion.
6. Work with the Managers, Assistant Manager, and Lead Educators to continuously improve the quality of childcare and education.
7. Comply with the Preschool Regulations 2016.
8. Develop and promote parental partnership and involvement, communicating effectively with parents on a daily basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
