Job Description
O'Reilly's Retail Group requires a part-time Car Wash Attendant to join their Car Wash company in Midleton, Co. Cork.
CUSTOMER CARE
* To serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner providing an exceptional standard of customer care.
* To communicate with the customers in an effective and welcoming manner.
* To deal with customer complaints in a professional and pleasant way and refer to the Store Manager where appropriate.
OPERATIONAL
* Vacuum, clean and maintain vehicle interiors, including dashboards and consoles.
* Vacuum carpet and car seats.
* Clean door trims and hinges.
* Wash and polish vehicle exteriors and blacken tires.
Job Requirements
* Enjoy practical work.
* An eye for detail.
* Ability to work without supervision.
* Working to strict deadlines, working in high-pressure situations.
