Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee their maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Ensure timely completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
* Implement improvements in preventive maintenance programs.
* Monitor equipment uptime/downtime performance.
* Lead and supervise maintenance teams.
* React promptly to breakdowns and minimize disruptions.
* Develop critical spares list and implement stock management system.
* Support LEAN and continuous improvement projects.
* Oversee maintenance records and accuracy.
* Liaise with third-party contractors.
Requirements:
* Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Maintenance Management role within manufacturing environment.
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of equipment.
* Proven experience supervising and leading maintenance teams.
* Proficiency in using and managing preventive maintenance systems.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with budgeting and cost analysis for maintenance activities.
