We are a contract bottling, manufacturing and blending company. Our flexible plant enables us to fulfil small quantities for specialist or premium products and high volume established brands.
We are looking for:
Donohoe Drinks Company are seeking applications from qualified Maintenance Mechanical Fitter Engineering team at our Waterford plant. This role has an exciting opportunity to join an established energetic company in the dynamic and growing alcoholic beverages sector.
What you'll do:
1. Preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, setup & commissioning of high-speed production lines and plant equipment.
2. Continuous improvement of production equipment & process, by identifying and implementing projects to improve and maintain reliability & optimum OEE.
3. To be familiar with all relevant SOPs, equipment validation and controls for the operation and safe running of lines & be trained in machine operations.
4. Maintenance planning: plan the scope of work required, ensure all spares are in stock and available, organise & supervise external vendors where necessary.
5. Assist with training of machine operators on set up, fault correction, adjustment, etc.
6. To work as a team & off your own initiative using Root Cause Analysis to prevent reoccurring problems & maintain strict quality control levels.
7. Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross-skilling, upskilling & other job-related competencies.
8. Assist in new installations of production equipment working & training with OEM.
What you'll have:
1. Trades Qualified (Mechanical) with strong production knowledge.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience within a production maintenance environment.
3. Team player with 'can and will do' attitude.
4. Multi-tasking skills and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
5. Flexibility with shift patterns as some maintenance and other projects must take place during line downtime and out of hours.
