Diabetes Care Kilkenny
We are currently building a new manufacturing facility in Kilkenny, which will be a centre for world-class engineering, quality, medical device manufacturing, and other science-based professionals. The facility will produce life-changing technologies, including the FreeStyle Libre 3 system, which provides real-time glucose readings and optional glucose alarms directly to smartphones.

As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Quality department to deliver on business objectives. You will manage calendars, plan travel, assist with projects, and spearhead administrative and business support activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage diaries for the Site Quality Director and site management team as required.
* Plan and arrange itineraries for all travel.
* Support travel arrangements of key personnel within the site by assisting with travel logistics and related booking systems.
* Reconcile expenses and POs for the Site Quality Director and the department as needed.
* Manage time and attendance in Workday for the direct staff of the Site Quality Director.
* Compile weekly reports based on input from across the business.
* Create content for PowerPoint presentations and site communications highlighting key messages and important details.
* Support various business activities as requested by the Site Quality Director, including audit preparation activities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Business, Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing qualification.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar positions.
* Excellent diary management skills.
* Strong time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
