Job Description:
A dynamic and organized individual is required to take on a construction administrator role within our building contractor's office in Clondalkin. This full-time position, working Monday to Friday, will last for at least six months with potential for permanent placement after this period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with site teams, main contractors, sub-contractors, and purchasers regarding paperwork and documentation
* Manage labour returns and allocation sheets for weekly payroll
* Enter data and manage various online systems
* Oversee safety and quality documentation on-site
* Provide general site administration support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the construction industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent time-keeping abilities
* Previous site administration experience is a significant advantage
