Responsibilities:
4. Forge strong partnerships with key channel players to drive revenue and market expansion, ensuring mutual success.
5. Identify and onboard new channel partners to extend our client’s reach and seize emerging opportunities.
6. Create customized account plans for each partner, aligning objectives and growth strategies for maximum impact.
7. Work with partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging advanced solutions in networking, storage, and beyond.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to implement joint marketing programs and sales initiatives that deliver results.
9. Equip partners with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell and support the client’s products, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
10. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
11. Track partner performance against metrics and objectives, offering detailed sales forecasts and actionable improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
12. At least 4 years of experience in Channel Sales or Enterprise Sales within the ICT industry, particularly focused on IP and Networking solutions.
13. Comprehensive knowledge of the Irish Enterprise ICT market, with established contacts and a proven success record.
14. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with strong analytical and project management capabilities.
15. Highly motivated, with a passion for developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships for sustainable growth.
