CareerWise Recruitment is delighted to be assisting a Sports Club in Cork City on their search for a part-time Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant.
The Role
As an Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant, you will provide general support to members and visitors, including answering and directing calls/queries. You will also monitor membership changes and develop suitable filing systems, both manual and electronic.

* Monitor membership changes and develop suitable filing systems
* Prepare and monitor invoices, process online payments, credit card payments, cheques and all other relevant payments
* Carry out daily administrative duties
* Process Payroll for all staff on a weekly basis
* Keep accurate financial records through Sage accounting software
Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Running reports as required for the treasurer and management
* Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating needed supplies
* Placing orders for supplies and verifying receipt
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum three years experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or admin role
* Proficient Sage accounting software experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
* Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
* Ability to work as part of a team
