Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
* Assist in conducting RFPs for new lines.
* Take part in/assist in term sheet negotiations.
* Assist in implementation.
* Ensure all reporting line covenants are met.
* Review/upload relevant reports.
* Maintain and submit borrowing base/PDR report.
* Monitor compliance of lines with fund prospectus and facility agreement.
* Submit drawdown requests together with required documents.
* Ongoing optimization of the lines (new sub-facilities/increases, etc.).
* Prepare weekly summary report.
* Chair weekly credit line coordination calls.
* Maintain internal databases.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
For the position at hand, we seek applicants with 5+ years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college or university. The following factors will definitely be beneficial for potential candidates:
* Previous experience with Credit Facilities.
* Demonstrates commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail, even in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Highly motivated with a passion for the industry.
* Knowledge of the private debt sector is a plus.
* Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment.
* Good analytical skills with a flair for processes as well as good IT skills.
* Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned.
* Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
