* Capital Project Procurement Leader oversees sourcing and supplier management for automation, construction, engineering, and capital equipment, focusing on Europe and Asia.
This role supports major capital projects and ensures cost-effective procurement aligned with global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Management:
Develop and implement strategies for sourcing engineering, construction services, automation, and equipment
Procurement Oversight:
Lead RFPs, supplier due diligence, contract negotiations, and contract management
Supplier and Project Management:
Manage supplier relationships, risk assessment, and procurement for large capital projects ($100-$750M)
Cost-Saving Initiatives:
Target annual savings of $15M
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 7-15 years in capital project procurement, ideally in pharmaceuticals
Education:
Degree in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
Skills:
