Duties
* Ensure the safe execution of activities in compliance with statutory, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site and department practices and procedures.
* Contribute to equipment design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities.
* Provide technical support to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
* Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and equipment files. Assist in generating, reviewing, and revising maintenance documentation as necessary.
* Establish and manage the critical equipment list.
* Optimize the site's preventive maintenance program based on RCM/FMECA principles.
* Develop and manage the condition monitoring program.
* Analyze equipment data to report on equipment performance.
* Implement the latest maintenance approaches and techniques aligned with MAM COE and MAM platform initiatives.
* Carry out routine and non-routine tasks delegated by MAM Leadership according to appropriate procedures and standards.
* Strive to optimize costs while driving department performance.
* Report to MAM Maintenance Lead and MAM Site Leadership as required.
* Familiarize yourself with daily activities across all areas of the Maintenance department.
* Participate in rotating roles within the department, as needed.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Education & Experience
* A Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering.
* A scientific or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities engineering.
* Reliability and/or Maintenance experience within a process or pharmaceutical cGMP environment.
* Experience with best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM, or FMECA.
