Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 3-month contract basis in a hybrid role that involves working from Dublin for three days a week.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing legal and administrative matters, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will help streamline processes, advise on legal risks, and provide valuable support for various projects.
Responsibilities
1. Execute legal and administrative tasks, providing support to both Legal and non-Legal teams on various matters.
2. Act as a point person for internal and external clients, preparing preliminary drafts of legal documents and creating process documentation.
3. Lead training sessions and propose system or process enhancements to manage workflow more effectively.
4. Advise clients on risks, complex agreements, corporate structures, and compliance matters with guidance from senior team members.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct fact-finding investigations and legal reviews for due diligence and other regulatory matters.
6. Draft, negotiate, and manage legal agreements, and assist with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
7. Investigate consumer complaints and respond to third-party inquiries with thorough analysis and documentation.
8. Support the management of legal documents and workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
Minimum Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in Content Moderation, Trust and Safety, or Legal roles.
* Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience.
* Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage projects and work independently with attention to detail.
* Experience in corporate law, intellectual property (IP) systems, and legal operations.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
* Knowledge of legal tools, e-filing rules, and corporate legal functions.
Preferred Languages
English and an EU language.
