ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Creating Sales & Purchase Quotations
2. Raise Sales/ Purchase Orders when required
3. Setting up new stock codes
4. Populate ERP system with price/ cost changes
5. Maintain documents for all purchases and ensure an audit trail
6. General administration & back up to Trading team
7. Assist with email monitoring & calls list
8. Participating in Team meetings contributing to improvement of the Trading function
9. Participating in continuous improvement incentives & projects.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
1. Positive, team player with a proactive and helpful approach
2. Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
3. Experience in an FMCG/ import/ export environment is a strong advantage.
