Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and serve meals for 15 individuals in a healthcare setting, approximately 2-3 days per week.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience as Head Chef/Sous Chef in a healthcare/hospital environment is essential.
* Flexibility with work hours and ability to commit to 8AM – 1PM shifts three days a week for a 6-8 week contract.
* Experience preparing desserts for the elderly.
* Understanding of dietary requirements and food preparation within a healthcare setting.
* Possession of relevant qualifications and HACCP certificates is mandatory.
