Our Tax Manager – Employment Tax role is a key position within our Finance team, and we're looking for someone to lead and develop the Employment Tax advisory function for the group.
As an Employment Tax Manager at Primark, you'll be responsible for proactively advising the business on all employment tax issues and opportunities. This will involve collaborating with various teams, including HR and Payroll, to drive changes in policy and enhance compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Employment Tax advisory function for the group
* Proactively advise the business on all employment tax issues and opportunities
* Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to drive changes in policy and enhance compliance and reporting
* Work with the Global Mobility team on tax aspects associated with globally mobile employees, remote workers, and displaced employees
* Act as advisor to Payroll function for all tax-related issues
Requirements:
* Tax qualification (AITI)
* 3+ years relevant PQE
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* Commercial awareness
* Excellent financial and analytical acumen
* Highly organised and detail-orientated
