Purpose of the Role
The Marketing and Communications Executive will play a fundamental role in developing brand collateral, both internally and externally. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail who can create, edit, and optimize content while ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will support the firm's growth strategy by managing digital communications, website content, and social media channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, edit, and proofread content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and accuracy. Content will cover a range of topics, including employer branding, technical insights, and campaign work.
2. Manage digital marketing activities, including website content updates, SEO optimization, social media management, and digital advertising campaigns.
3. Analyze digital performance metrics, track trends, and implement strategies to drive engagement and increase followers.
4. Design high-quality, brand-compliant artwork for campaigns, digital platforms, print materials, and promotional merchandise.
5. Support internal communications initiatives, including the development of a new intranet, staff newsletters, and content for internal events and engagement programs.
6. Coordinate advertising and PR campaigns, working closely with third-party publications and PR agencies to enhance brand presence.
7. Organize sponsorships, corporate photography, and firm-wide branding activities.
Skills & Experience:
1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing and communications role.
2. A third-level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Strong writing skills with experience in crafting content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and editorial articles.
4. Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) is an advantage.
5. Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Drupal 9) and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools).
6. Experience in professional or financial services is an advantage.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
8. Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
