Key Responsibilities:
* Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
* Track and analyse social media performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
* Plan and refine Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and generate leads using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
* Maintain company websites with relevant content, optimised for SEO, and aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure unified messaging across channels and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Create and execute employee-focused initiatives, including email and survey campaigns, to engage current, former, and prospective staff.
* Produce and optimise multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics, blogs, newsletters) for digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
* Assist with pre-qualification and tender processes, developing project details, case studies, and presentation materials to support submissions.
