We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Administrator to support our company's growth.
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our human resources functions. Your duties will include:
1. Recruitment Support & Tracking: Manage job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and preparing job offers through Cornerstone.
2. Onboarding: Prepare and organize the training plan for new employees and support their induction process.
3. Leave Management: Maintain employee leave entitlements through Softworks.
4. Employee Records Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to legal requirements.
5. Data Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover rates, and absence trends.
6. HR Queries: Address employee queries regarding HR-related matters and provide guidance on company policies.
7. Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining HR databases.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications Required:
* Previous Experience: 1-2 years in HR administration or a related field.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources OR Human resource qualification is desirable.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (Softworks & Cornerstone)
