You will be part of a team providing the best Radiation Oncology services to patients, where major Clinical Trials are also ongoing.
Clinical Environment
* Rotate through all areas, including pre-treatment and treatment areas (if desired)
* Image-guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)
* Brachytherapy
* SABR/SRS
* Surface Guided Radiation Treatment (SGRT)
* Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
* Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT)
* CT Scans
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical, technical, and radiotherapy developments, making contributions to the Development & roll out of a National plan for Radiation Therapy.
Provide education to patients and their carers about their disease, the treatment plans, and the side effects, ensuring adherence to radiation protection standards and protocols.
Contribute to planning and development of the Radiation Oncology service, taking part in service improvements.
