Paid Search Analyst
Paid Search analyst - this is a fast-paced, analytical driven position sitting within the overall Digital Marketing function. You will be responsible for leading, optimising and reporting on PPC campaigns for the various Flutter UKI brands, products, and regions. You will play a pivotal role in driving wider cross-function initiatives across digital to advance the performance of campaigns, working closely with Commercial, SEO, CRO, Promotions, Affiliates and Online Media teams.
You’ll work on initiatives which will advance the Paid Search offering for Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Betting and Gaming, helping us become best-in-class innovators in Paid Search. You’ll be working on automation, scale, and efficiency initiatives across our campaigns. The primary responsibility is to meet the agreed commercial and campaign demands of the selected brands.
The successful candidate will become a marketing guru for all things Paid Search. The Digital Marketing team comprises of 50 dedicated individuals and the successful candidate can play a pivotal role in crafting their future through opportunities internal or external to the team.
Candidates will be encouraged to demonstrate analytical ability throughout the interview process.
What you’ll be doing:
1. You will be leading paid search campaigns based on agreed requirements, critical metrics & targets.
2. You will be responsible for reporting, analysis & interpretation of data to understand performance, what is impacting performance & what we can do to influence it.
3. Day to day account optimisation (account structure, keywords, ads, landing pages, bidding).
4. Working closely with the conversion team to improve landing page experience and on-site metrics.
5. Working closely with SEO to advance the overall search function and strategy.
6. Working with the Customer Marketing team to optimise early life journeys.
7. You will play a major part in optimising performance by identifying, implementing & testing opportunities.
8. Campaign planning, creation & implementation.
9. You will be working with & influencing partners across digital and the wider commercial teams.
10. Collaborating within a digital team to optimise for the group.
11. Optimising processes.
12. Keeping up to date with industry knowledge, developments, tactics & strategies across the digital world.
What we're looking for...
13. Experience leading end-to-end PPC and Google Ads campaigns is a requirement.
14. Advertiser experience would be helpful.
15. Experience using Bing, SA360 & Apple Search Ads would be an advantage.
16. Analytical and results-driven is a requirement.
17. Google Ads qualifications are desirable
18. Knowledge of the digital marketing industry & in particular the search engine marketing industry
19. High level of Microsoft Excel knowledge is desirable.
