Our client, a medical company based in Co. Meath are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Salary- €40,000 + €8,000 bonus

Hours -Fully on-site role – Monday – Friday
To support our sales team in promoting products and services to a diverse clientele. Fostering trust with key clients while enhancing relationships with current customers by supporting our sales team, evaluating accounts, and suggesting tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop trust relationships with Key Account Managers and major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
* Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements, as well as products and services.
* Act as the communication link between key customers and sales team.
* Address customer issues and complaints to maintain trust in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
* Play a crucial role in generating new sales that foster long-lasting relationships. Identify customer needs and sell products accordingly.
* Ensure quotes and sales orders for Key Account Managers are completed within 24 hours.
* Collaborate with Key Account Managers to send information to customers and acknowledge their queries.
* Enter all necessary sales data into the company system, updating NetSuite and inputting customer information.
* Follow up on quotes as requested, making necessary changes and providing feedback to Key Account Managers.
* Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional societies.
* Collaborate as part of a team to achieve related results as needed.
* Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process dictated by prospective customers.
Skills & Attributes required
* Strong commercial awareness and exceptional numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
* Proven ability to lead and develop team members effectively.
* Outstanding communication abilities and a high level of motivation, resilience, and ambition.
* Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational capabilities.
* Keen attention to detail and a proven track record as a strong problem solver.
* Excellent listening skills complemented by a sales background, ideally with three years of experience in healthcare.
* A commitment to high customer care standards, with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Familiarity with Netsuite ERP is advantageous.
