We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Customer Service organization in Germany.
The HR Business Partner is a full-time role primarily responsible and accountable for providing an operational, value-add and best in class HR service to the Customer Service teams as well as driving and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:Act as a consultant to the Amazon Management Team and provide input on the HR implications of business decisions and plansCoach and mentor leaders within the CS organizationImplement initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communications to build up a "Great Place to work"Develop new innovative shift models and create flexible working time modelsDevelop and implement HR processes and policiesFocus on continuous improvement and share best practice with other Customer Support HR organizations as appropriate and co-ordinate with e.g.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors' degree3+ years HR experience in Human Resources within an international fast-paced customer-driven environment preferably working with client groups in an operations setting.Fluent English and German skills are essentialSolid knowledge in German labor lawDemonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviorsProven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make best use of limited resourcesDecision Making/Complex Problem Solving- proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources; conducts root cause analysis; refers to long term plans and goals; acts decisively, promptly and confidently; complex analysisHigh dependability – be there to support the businessPossesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team/business, especially in a multicultural and multi-location environmentNegotiation and influencing skills; able to listen to and persuade others based on sound logicProven presentation and communication skillsAffinity to online communication tools (emails, but also chat rooms, social media)Possesses experience with large scale workforce management and able to give educated counseling to CS managers on workforce planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in working with a Works Council is a strong assetExperience in an international environmentProject management experience with remote stakeholdersAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
