About the Role
This management position involves:
* Recruiting, developing, and managing top talent to ensure long-term business success
* Exceeding customer expectations and upholding high customer service standards in-store
* Monitoring staff costs, store productivity, inventory differences, and operational expenses
* Implementing company principles of 'Store Cleanliness', 'Customer Friendliness', and 'Minimal Queues at Tills'
* Ensuring proper stock rotation, freshness control, and C-Date checks
* Adhering to all company procedures and commercial standards
Requirements
* Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years of management experience
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly
* Full driving license
