Who We Are
HSE Dublin and South East was established as part of the Sláintecare program, combining South East Community Healthcare, Community Healthcare East and the Ireland East Hospital Group with three hospitals from the South/South West Hospital Group: University Hospital Waterford, Tipperary University Hospital, and Kilcreene Orthopaedic Hospital. The new regional health region confidently takes on the responsibility of providing acute and community healthcare services.

There are currently 2 permanent whole-time vacancies available in the Change and Innovation Hub, Planning & Performance Unit, HSE Dublin & South East Region.
The posts are based in:
(1) HSE Office, Civic Centre, Bray Co. Wicklow (This post may relocate to Carrickmines, Dublin 18 at the request of the REO or Regional Director of Planning and Performance)
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade V, Project Support Officer, Change and Innovation Hub from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled within the HSE Dublin & South East Region.
Purpose of the Post
To work as part of the Change & Innovation Hub team to drive and actively support the delivery of Sláintecare, the Health Region change programme and associated service improvements - ensuring these programmes are implemented and delivered to cost, time and quality requirements through the application of the required standards, frameworks, tools and processes.
