Job Purpose
To promote the development of independent living skills and to assist service users in their daily living within a supported accommodation service, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Minimum Education & Skills Required
1. QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent health care related qualification
2. Attendance at training as deemed appropriate by the management of the service.
3. Minimum 2 years previous experience of working with people with a disability.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. To collate assessment and intervention information and expertise for the purpose of developing an individualized community support service.
2. To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
3. To ensure all interaction with clients is approached with dignity, respect, equality, and incorporates choice.

Salary
Salary starting from point 1 €15.24 per hour - point 5 €16.03 per hour, depending on experience.
