Your Purpose-Driven Work Matters
You will supervise employees and activities across areas of quality for smooth and continuous operations, including non-conformance reports, resource management, and training.
This role involves supervising employees in 2 or more production areas, conducting performance reviews, resolving performance issues, and ensuring staff is appropriately trained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise employees and quality activities pertaining to product and manufacturing process quality/technical knowledge.
* Conduct performance reviews, resolve performance issues, and ensure staff is trained.
* Oversee work order scheduling and team performance metrics.
* Ensure appropriate staffing and productivity metrics.
* Lead improvement projects, partner with engineering, and document procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience leading personnel in manufacturing, quality, and/or product development engineering.
Experience leading multi-cultural teams, project management, and Microsoft Office Suite expertise.
Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and medical device industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
