Cental, a global designer and manufacturer of Modular Infrastructure is looking to recruit a HR Manager. The position will be based in Carlow Town, Co. Carlow and working closely with the Senior Team.
Summary:
Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be a key appointment for the company and will be joining Cental at an exciting time with the company experiencing significant growth in recent years.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Strategic Human Resources Leadership:
· Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.
· Collaborate with the executive team to ensure HR initiatives support business objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
· Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
· Develop and implement effective onboarding and talent development programs.
Employee Relations:
· Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
· Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and mediation.
Performance Management:
· Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
· Work with managers to set performance expectations and goals.
Training and Development:
· Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
· Facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
· Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
· Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
· Implement initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.
Employee Engagement:
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
· Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Legal Compliance
· Stay informed about labour laws and regulations.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws.
Succession Planning:
· Develop and implement succession planning strategies.
· Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
HR Technology:
· Oversee the implementation and utilization of HR technology systems.
· Leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data management.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Third level degree in Human Resources or CIPD qualification.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong background in HR management, strategic planning and team leadership.
