Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Location: Killygarry, Cavan, Ireland
Role Overview: This role has responsibility for delivering high-level customer service to a portfolio of customers. A confident and energetic approach is required. The candidate must be good at handling multiple clients and have very good customer relation skills. The ability to communicate confidently with all areas of an organization (Production, Post Production, Despatch, Engineering, etc.) is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and often pressurized environment.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Develop and maintain strategic long-term collaborative relationships with customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
2. Proactively manage day-to-day customer needs.
3. Prepare sales quotations and actively follow up.
4. Coordinate customer shipments and invoicing when required.
5. Manage daily coordination with all internal teams across different sales divisions.
6. Handle daily open order book management and order expedites.
7. Resolve customer issues and complaints through to resolution, attending weekly ticket review meetings to ensure all issues are progressed.
8. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
9. Maintain customer master data in various in-house and customer systems.
10. Suggest ways to improve existing team processes for the benefit of the customer.
11. Develop a good knowledge of key systems: SAP, Sales Cloud, Front, Kianda, Power BI, Office 365.
12. Possess strong knowledge of the Group’s customers, products, systems, and processes.
13. Use Excel for reporting and analysis purposes.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Minimum 2 years in a B2B customer services role, with experience managing key account customers.
2. Great attention to detail and good communication skills.
3. Cheerful outlook and problem-solving approach.
4. Qualified to Leaving Cert or A-level standard.
5. Good degree of IT proficiency ideally demonstrated by an ECDL qualification or similar.
