Job Title: Technical Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Advisor to join our customer service department.
The main purpose of this role is to coordinate and support Liebherr service engineers, customers, and globally located mixed sales companies while ensuring a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate service and support for the full range of products and services from Liebherr Customer Service, primarily based in Ireland.
* Deliver timely support for customers, both directly and indirectly through a network of mixed sales companies (MSC).
* Provide on-site support in emergency cases.
* Prepare and deliver technical reports on project/job completion.
* Train clients, employees, and apprentices both on-site and in-house.
* Liaise with internal departments to eliminate faults and improve products.
* Work with our sales department and global network of Mixed Sales Companies (MSC) to promote and develop business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain KPI and targets.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in engineering or an applicable trade.
* A working knowledge of MS Office Suite programs.
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
* Experience in a similar technical support role.
* Knowledge of PLCs and Variable Speed Drives (VSD).
