Project Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team at John Paul Construction. With a strong background in engineering and experience managing large projects, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery:
• Manage and coordinate project scope, including delivery of site activities, while meeting project objectives.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
* Team:
• Lead, manage, and motivate team members to drive a high-performance culture and develop their full potential.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, exploring new methods, approaches, and technologies to improve project delivery.
* Thinking:
• Execute ongoing short to medium-term effective project planning to mitigate project risks and deliver on stakeholder expectations.
• Seek and promote best practice across the team and wider project team.
Requirements:
* Relevant Experience:
• 7+ years post-qualification experience as a Senior Project Manager running large projects, particularly refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Proven experience working with main building contractors.
* Education:
• Relevant Third-level Degree in Engineering.
* Skills:
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
