Our client in Co. Wicklow is seeking a motivated, ambitious administrator to join their Quality Team. As a key member of the Quality Team, you will ensure seamless administrative support, enabling the team to maintain compliance and deliver exceptional standards across their business.
Role: Quality Administrator
Location: Co. Wicklow
Job Type: Full time (Hybrid model available after 6 months)
Key Responsibilities
* Request samples for the business, track their progress, and update the sales team on their status.
* Ensure the sample tracker is consistently updated with accurate details.
* Send samples to customers as required, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
* Liaise with other departments to stay informed on CoAs and labels, preventing duplication of efforts.
* Monitor spreadsheets for suppliers, noting expiration dates of certifications and organising updates.
* Provide administrative support to the Quality Team, assisting with daily tasks and long-term projects.
* Support the team in maintaining quality control standards.
* Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory and company-specific guidelines.
* Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
* Build strong working relationships across teams to support seamless collaboration.
Essential skills:
* Strong administrative support experience.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to build trusting relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
* Highly organised, with the ability to re-prioritise tasks in response to evolving issues.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
